 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;font-size:12pt\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Wetlands in this dataset are symbolized by their regulatory status as well as their category.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\">Regulatory Status<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Regulated wetlands are either those currently regulated by the City's Planning and Development Services department, or those that are proposed and awaiting application acceptance. Non-Regulatory wetlands are those that are mapped outside City limits.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\">Category<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Wetlands are categorized as either \"High Functioning\" or \"Low Functioning\". Wetlands that are regulated <\/SPAN><SPAN STYLE=\"font-style:italic;\">and <\/SPAN><SPAN>high functioning have a 25' inner buffer and 25' outer buffer totaling 50' of buffered regulatory space where development is restricted and/or regulated.
