description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN STYLE="font-size:12pt">Once an encampment's existence is corroborated by City staff, they submit an inspection form evaluating conditions of the camp. This inspection form is meant to assign an objective score to the encampment based on a scoring matrix. Higher scores mean higher priority for clean up. If the encampment meets certain exceptional criteria (e.g. blocking a building's entry/exit, blocking a multi-use path, etc), the score is ignored and the camp is eligible for clean up without undergoing a 72-hour notification period.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
