Non-Regulatory wetlands are those that are mapped outside City limits.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Category</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Wetlands are categorized as either "High Functioning" or "Low Functioning". Wetlands that are regulated </SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-style:italic;">and </SPAN><SPAN>high functioning have a 25' inner buffer and 25' outer buffer totaling 50' of buffered regulatory space where development is restricted and/or regulated.
